After a year studying in London I moved back to Brazil and was approached by an acquaintance about a new project management tool which he was thinking and improving for a long time. At the time he figured out that would not be unfeasible to go ahead without considering the system’s design, so he hired me to think how to improve all the user experience and design the visual of the system.
This project started with data of a previous research the client already did, benchmarking from two of the biggest market competitors, analysis of the current structure they had at the time, designed by the client’s developers, definition of the project goals and requirements and, finally, informational architecture.
In the visual side the concern was to bring a language clear and compatible to the audience wills and goals and as easy and efficient that could make him feel with super-powers, in this regard, went through a lot of iterations, tests with the available user and adjustments with the team based on the user feedback. The project was delivered with some recommendations to align the virtual experience of the company, like website and e-mail marketing, with the system designed and the brand tone of voice.
